Why can't I cancel or alter my order by e-mail? How do I cancel or alter a order?

Due to automation (order status, automated generated tracking emails, etc) we do not do email hourly. Our email is done approximately 5 times a work week depending upon volume. Thus you must call in all order cancellations or alterations to our Shipping Department Directly at 562-728-8888 Monday Thru Friday 9am to 5:00pm PACIFIC STANDARD TIME. Once a order has shipped, we are unable to retrieve it back from shipper. We can't refund shipping since our shippers (Fedex, UPS, USPS) do not refund us.
