How do I know if an item is in stock? | |||
| Go to the product you want and click ADD TO CART. Our online shopping cart has the most up-to-date inventory status on products. On the right hand side of cart there is a column titled IN STOCK. Under this column the inventory control system will indicate "how many" of the items are on the shelf. The inventory column states quantity unknown. What does this mean? This usually means that our website is having technical difficulties communicating to our warehouse computers on how much inventory we have. This is usually due to heavy internet traffic. The problem usually corrects itself within 3 to 5 minutes. Try back again. You can place a order on items that state "unknown" in stock, but we may end up emailing that we couldn't fill your order. The shopping cart won't let me add the item to it or it keeps removing the item. What does this mean? This means that the item is sold out. We receive inventory almost daily from our hundreds of suppliers. Please check back. | |||
